Chính file nhãn. Trả bản sao trong storage của hệ thống khi có, và chỉ lấy từ carrier khi chưa có bản sao — nên endpoint này vẫn chạy sau khi link carrier hết hạn. Header X-Label-Source cho biết bản nào đã trả lời: archive hoặc provider.
